Pusia granum is a species of sea snail. It is a marine gastropod in the ribbed miters family (Costellariidae). The species was first described by Forbes in 1844. Over the years it has had several other scientific names, including Mitra carnea, Mitra granum, Mitra littoralis, Mitra picta, Mitra sandrii, Pusia (Ebenomitra) granum, Vexillum granum, and Vexillum littorale. Like other members of its family, it has a small, ribbed shell.
