Edward Arthur Cartwright Windsor (9 March 1869 – 23 December 1953) was an Australian cricketer who played for Tasmania from the 1890–91 season to the 1911–12 season. An all-rounder, he batted right-handed and bowled fast-medium pace as well as leg-breaks and off-breaks. In 26 first-class games, he scored 1,460 runs at an average of 32.44, with 11 fifties and a top score of 90. With the ball, he took 129 wickets at 29.79, including ten five-wicket hauls and three ten-wicket matches, with best bowling of 7/95. He also took 9 catches. Windsor was born and died in Launceston, Tasmania.
