Woodrow Wilson Junior High School is a historic building in Eugene, Oregon, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. It was built in 1924 on a 1.7-acre site at 650 West 12th Avenue, near Jefferson Street, for the Eugene Public School System. The brick building was designed by Portland architect Frederick Manson White and covered about 57,000 square feet to hold around 840 students. It opened in September 1925 and became a key middle school for western Eugene.

In 1953, the school was converted to Lincoln Elementary School for younger students. The interior was altered: the number of classrooms was reduced from 20 to 14, creating larger spaces and adding administrative offices. The library was made smaller, and a storeroom and kitchen were added.

The school closed in 1987, and the building was later turned into Lincoln School Condominiums.
