Pugled pri Karlovici
Pugled pri Karlovici is a small settlement in the Municipality of Ribnica, southern Slovenia. It covers 0.94 square kilometers and sits at about 730 meters above sea level. In 2002 it had a population of 3. It is part of the traditional region of Lower Carniola and the Southeast Slovenia Statistical Region. The name was changed in 1953 from Pugled to Pugled pri Karlovici, meaning “Pugled near Karlovica.” The name Pugled comes from the Slovene word pogled, meaning “view” or “open view.” The postal code is 1315. Two buildings in Pugled pri Karlovici are protected as cultural heritage.
