Protambulyx ockendeni is a moth in the Sphingidae family. It is found in Peru and much of Central and South America, and has also been recorded in Bolivia. The wingspan is about 105–110 mm. Adults resemble Protambulyx euryalus, but the forewing upperside is less variegated and the basal half is more purplish. They are probably on wing year-round. The larvae feed on plants in the Anacardium, Spondias, Erythoxylon and Comocladia groups.
