Charlotte Amalia of Nassau-Dillenburg (1680–1738) was a German noblewoman who served as regent of Nassau-Usingen from 1718 to 1732. She was the daughter of Prince Henry of Nassau-Dillenburg and Dorothea Elisabeth of Brieg, granddaughter of George III of Brieg. She married Prince William Henry of Nassau-Usingen in 1706 in Dillenburg, and they had ten children—the first born on 3 April 1707 and the last on 6 March 1718. When William Henry died in 1718, Charlotte Amalia became regent for her underage son Charles. Four of their children reached adulthood. She died in 1738.
