Pontito is a small, ancient village in Tuscany, Italy. It is a frazione of the town of Pescia in the Province of Pistoia. Located in the northern part of the Valleriana area, also called Svizzera Pesciatina (the Switzerland of Pescia), Pontito sits on a hill about 745 meters above sea level.

The village has a very small population, around 47 residents. It uses the time zone CET (UTC+1) and in summer CEST (UTC+2). The postal code is 51010 and the dialing code is +39 0572.

Pontito is one of the Ten Castles of Valleriana and is known for its quiet, solitary setting and old stone houses. The layout is bell-shaped: the houses form a curve that widens as the altitude decreases.

The origins of Pontito are likely medieval, making it one of the oldest villages in the area. There are several ideas about how Pontito got its name:
- A legend says it comes from a bridge built by the Roman emperor Titus.
- Another idea attributes the name to a saint named Pontito.
- A third theory links the name to the village’s pointed shape, from the word appuntito, which over time became Pontito.
