Greer County Courthouse
Greer County Courthouse sits on Courthouse Square in Mangum, Oklahoma. Built in 1906 by A.D. Campbell and Z.F. Lee, this three-story red brick building has granite and limestone trim. The architect was Layton, S.A., and it is part of the County Courthouses of Oklahoma Thematic Resource.
Originally it had an elaborate copper-covered dome on the roof, but the dome was removed in the 1940s because its weight damaged the building. The courthouse sits on about 4 acres. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on March 22, 1985 (reference number 85000682).
