Podokkhep (Footstep) is a 2006 Bengali film directed by Suman Ghosh. It stars Soumitra Chatterjee and Nandita Das. The film was released on 18 July 2006, runs 93 minutes, and is in Bengali. Its title means “Footstep.”

Inspired by a Graham Greene quote about lasting love, Podokkhep tells the story of an unusual bond between a retired man and a five-year-old girl. Through their friendship, he rediscovers life in his old age.
