Pennsylvania Route 146 (PA 146) is a 10-mile state highway in McKean County, Pennsylvania. It starts at U.S. Route 6 in the Hamlin Township community of Marvindale and ends at Pennsylvania Route 46 south of Colegrove in Norwich Township. The road runs southeast from US 6 on Clermont Road through farmland and forests, becomes Red Mill Brook Road through Sergeant Township, and continues into Norwich Township. It turns east, crosses Potato Creek, and ends at PA 46. A separate PA 146 Truck route, established in 2013, allows trucks over 10 tons to bypass PA 146 by using US 6 and PA 46 due to a narrow bridge over Potato Creek near the PA 46 junction.
