Diede de Groot and Aniek van Koot, who were four-time defending champions, defeated Kamiji and Montjane in a close final to win the 2022 French Open women’s doubles wheelchair title. After splitting the first two sets, the match was decided by a final tiebreak, which the champions won 10–8.
