Codium spinulosum is a seaweed in the Codium genus of the Codiaceae family. It belongs to the Plantae kingdom, Chlorophyta division, Ulvophyceae class, and Bryopsidales order. The species was first described in 2008 by Yongpil Lee. It is endemic to South Korea, growing along Jeju Island’s coast from the low tide line to depths of 40–60 meters.
