The Paulding County Courthouse in downtown Paulding, Ohio, is a historic government building completed in 1886. It is the county’s third courthouse. When Paulding County was created in 1820, Charloe was briefly the seat, but Paulding grew and became the seat. A second courthouse was built on the square in 1837, but it was later replaced by the current brick building.

Designed by the E.O. Fallis Company and built by Rudolph Ehrhart, the courthouse sits on a stone foundation with an asphalt roof. It is 2.5 stories tall with a central tower, and its entrances are nearly identical on all four sides. The building is 60 feet square and the tower reaches 163 feet. It was modeled after the Lenawee County Courthouse in Michigan, another Fallis design.

In 1974, the Paulding County Courthouse was listed on the National Register of Historic Places for its well-preserved architecture and statewide significance. It is one of four Paulding County sites on the Register, along with a rural round barn, a former Antwerp train station, and the Carnegie library in Paulding.
