WLDQ (102.5 FM, "The Q") is a classic hits radio station licensed to Dothan, Alabama, serving the Wiregrass region. It is owned by Robert Holladay through Alabama Media, LLC. The station began as WESP in 1990 after receiving its construction permit in 1989 and first went on air in August 1990. The call letters were WESP from 1989 to 2025. Over the years, the station changed hands several times: Broadcast Associates sold it to Signal Enterprises in 1998, then to Gulf South Communications in 1999, and Southeast Alabama Broadcasters in 2011. In December 2012, Alabama Media, LLC acquired the station, and later that year it rebranded from "102.5 The Eagle" to "Retro Radio Q102" and then to "102.5 The Q." On April 10, 2025, the call letters were changed to WLDQ to match the branding.
