Lara Mandoki (born 17 September 1989 in Munich) is a German actress who works in TV, film and theatre. She started acting in 2006 and has since appeared in a wide range of projects. She is best known for playing lead detective Karina Szabo in the ZDF crime series Erzgebirgskrimi since 2018, and for roles in the Sky series Das Boot, the Emmy-winning thriller Unterm Radar, and the Canadian–Hungarian World War II drama X Company.

Her international breakthrough came with X Company, and she has since appeared in Netflix’s Mute (2018) as well as various German productions such as Die Holzbaronin (2012), Die Affäre Borgward (2018), Babyboom (2018), Jan Römer (2019), and Vätertage (2022). On stage she has performed in Meat, a 240-hour piece at Schaubühne Berlin, and in Die Komödie der Irrungen at the Bad Hersfelder Festspiele. She is the daughter of Hungarian musician Leslie Mandoki and studied acting in Munich and Los Angeles, speaking both German and Hungarian.

In 2023 she played Hedwig Höss in The End of Dreams (ARTE) and returned to Das Boot for its fourth season. Looking ahead to 2024, she has several projects including Wintermord, Über die Grenze, Petra geht baden, and Mama ist die Besti(e) for ZDF prime time.
