Paul-Arthur Séguin (October 2, 1875 – November 24, 1946) was a Canadian notary and Liberal politician from Quebec. He represented L’Assomption in the House of Commons from 1908 to 1917 and then L’Assomption—Montcalm from 1917 to 1935.

Born in Charlemagne, Quebec, he was the son of Felix Séguin and Vitaline Noiseux. He studied at the Collège de L’Assomption and Université Laval, and in 1899 he married Marie Anna Rivest. Before entering federal politics, Séguin served as secretary-treasurer for Terrebonne (1900–1907) and was mayor of L’Assomption.

In the 1908 federal election, he won as a Liberal with 1,524 votes against a Conservative candidate who had 942 votes. He was reelected in 1911 with 1,508 votes to 1,209 for the Conservative candidate. The district he represented changed over time due to electoral reforms, but Séguin served as a Member of Parliament until 1935.

Paul-Arthur Séguin died in 1946 at the age of 71.
