Hurt to Heart (Itami no Yukue) is the 32nd single by Japanese singer Miho Nakayama. It was released on July 21, 1995, by King Records and is from the album Mid Blue Language. The song, written and composed by Keiko Yokoyama, lasts 5 minutes and 14 seconds. The English title is Hurt to Heart (Whereabouts of Pain). The B-side is "I Love You."
The song was used as the theme for the TBS drama Hito Natsu no Love Letter, and the B-side was used as an insert song in the drama. It reached No. 10 on the Oricon weekly singles chart, selling over 319,000 copies and earning Gold certification from the RIAJ. All music was arranged by Jerry Hey.
In Nakayama’s single chronology, it follows "Cheers for You" (1995) and precedes "Thinking About You" (1996).
