Kevin Niclas Mensah is a Danish former professional footballer who mainly played as a full-back, though he was known for his versatility on the field. He was born in Viborg, Denmark, and began his career with local clubs before turning professional with Viborg FF. He later played for Esbjerg fB and Brøndby, finishing his career at Brøndby in 2024 and moving into coaching in 2025.

Mensah is recognized for moving from forward to a wide, attacking wing-back role at Brøndby. He played on both the right and left sides, contributing with speed and an attacking mindset. He was named vice-captain in 2019 and became captain in 2023. He faced injuries, including ACL tears in 2018 and 2022, but battled back to return to the team.

Internationally, Mensah represented Denmark at youth levels, earning 26 caps and scoring four goals.

He grew up playing for Søndermarkens IK in Viborg, then joined Viborg FF as a teenager. He had trials with Arsenal and Newcastle United early on, and his career included a notable move to Brøndby in 2017. His brother Jeff Mensah is also a professional footballer, and Kevin holds both Danish and Ghanaian passports.

Mensah left Brøndby in December 2024. In July 2025, it was announced that he would retire from playing and take a coaching role with Brøndby.
