Paul Xiao Zejiang
Paul Xiao Zejiang (Chinese: 萧泽江; born October 30, 1967) is a Chinese Catholic bishop who has led the Archdiocese of Guiyang since 2014. He was born in Sinan, Guizhou, China, and was ordained a priest on June 5, 1994. In October 2006, the Holy See announced his appointment as archbishop of Guiyang, and he was ordained a bishop on September 8, 2007 by Anicetus Andrew Wang Chong-yi, with papal mandate. The Chinese government recognizes him as the Bishop of the Diocese of Guizhou, a diocese created in 1999 for the whole province. He became Archbishop of Guiyang on September 8, 2014, after his predecessor retired.
