Camarines Norte's 2nd congressional district

Camarines Norte's 2nd congressional district is one of the two districts in Camarines Norte, Philippines. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 2010; before that, the province was represented at-large. The district covers the eastern half of Camarines Norte, bordering Camarines Sur. It includes seven municipalities: Basud, Daet, Mercedes, San Lorenzo Ruiz, San Vicente, Talisay, and Vinzons. As of 2020, the population was 316,789, and the electorate was 192,543 in 2022. The current representative is Rosemarie Panotes of the Lakas–CMD party, part of the majority bloc.
