Paraswammerdamia conspersella is a small moth in the family Yponomeutidae. It is found in northern Europe, as well as Ukraine, France and Switzerland, and has recently been reported in Quebec, Canada. The wingspan is 11–14 mm. Adults are active from June to August. The larvae feed on Empetrum nigrum (crowberry). In autumn, mining larvae can be found inside leaves.
