Owen Simpson
Owen Simpson (born 18 September 1943) is a former English professional footballer who played as a fullback. Born in Mickley, England, he spent his career in the Football League with Rotherham United, Leyton Orient, Colchester United, Southend United, Darlington and Grimsby Town between 1964 and 1972, making 167 league appearances and scoring 9 goals. He also played for Boston United from 1972 to 1975.
