Oulchy-la-Ville is a small commune in northern France. It is in the Aisne department, within the Hauts-de-France region, and is part of the Soissons arrondissement and the canton of Villers-Cotterêts. The area covers 17.13 square kilometers. In 2023, 131 people lived there, giving a population density of about 18 people per square kilometer. Elevation ranges from 80 to 193 meters above sea level, with an average around 120 meters.
