The Aero Eli Servizi Yo-Yo 222 is a small Italian helicopter built by Aero Eli Servizi in L’Aquila. It is sold fully assembled and ready to fly, and was designed to meet Europe’s microlight rules. Although it was first designed for a gross weight of 495 kg, later versions were lightened to 450 kg to fit the European Class 6 microlight helicopter category.

The Yo-Yo 222 has a single main rotor and tail rotor, two seats side by side in an enclosed cockpit, and skid landing gear. It uses an American Lycoming O-320 engine — a four-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke engine producing 172 hp. To keep weight down, the fuselage is largely made of carbon fiber reinforced polymer and fiberglass. The rotor is two-bladed with a diameter of 7.66 m.

The typical empty weight is about 322 kg, with a gross weight of 495 kg (giving a useful load of 173 kg). With a full fuel load of 68 liters (about 18 US gallons), the payload for the pilot, passenger and baggage is around 124 kg. Reviewer Werner Pfaendler noted that the Yo-Yo 222 closely resembles the popular Robinson R22. As of 2015, the Yo-Yo 222 was still in production.
