2020 Boys' U18 Volleyball European Championship
The 2020 Boys’ U18 Volleyball European Championship was the 14th edition of Europe’s youth men’s championship, organized by the CEV. It took place in Lecce and Marsicovetere, Italy, from 5 to 13 September 2020.
Eight teams from one confederation competed in two Italian hosts across two venues. Italy and the Czech Republic were seeded as hosts of the pools. The draw to assign teams to pools was held in Luxembourg City on 14 August 2020. Several teams withdrew before and after the draw due to travel restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, including Finland, France, Russia and Slovakia.
qualification for this event determined the top six teams that would advance to the 2021 FIVB Boys’ U19 World Championship as Europe’s representatives. Players had to be born on or after 1 January 2003.
Italy emerged as champions, winning their second U18 European title. The Czech Republic finished as runners-up, Poland came in third, and Bulgaria finished fourth.

- Best Setter: Šimon Bryknar
- Best Outside Hitter: Luca Porro
- Best Middle Blockers: Jakub Klajmon and Mateusz Nowak
- Best Opposite: Georgi Tatarov
- Best Libero: Gabriele Laurenzano
Match results used a 3-0 and 3-1 win for 3 points, and a 3-2 win for 2 points (the loser earned 1 point).
