Orthomecyna exigua is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was first described by Butler in 1879. This species is endemic to Hawaii, living on the islands of Molokai, Maui, Lanai and the Big Island (Hawaii). It has been known by several names, including Mecyna exigua, Orthomecyna exigua var. cupreipennis, and Orthomecyna cupreipennis.
