Open water swimming at the 2022 World Aquatics Championships – Men's 10 km took place on 29 June in Hungary at Lake Lupa. 62 swimmers from 39 nations competed. The race started at 12:00. Gregorio Paltrinieri of Italy won in 1:50:56.8, with Domenico Acerenza (Italy) taking silver and Florian Wellbrock (Germany) bronze.
