The Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs (Vietnamese: Bộ Dân tộc và Tôn giáo) is a government ministry in Vietnam responsible for ethnic and religious affairs nationwide. It is headed by a minister, and as of February 18, 2025, the minister is Đào Ngọc Dung.

The ministry began on May 3, 1946, as the Department of Ethnic Minority. Over the years it has undergone several name and structure changes, including the Central Sub-Committee of Ethnic Minority, the Committee of Ethnic Minority, the Central Commission of Ethnic Minority of the Communist Party, the Office of Mountain Region and Ethnic Minority, and the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs (2002–2025). In 2025 it was renamed to its current title.

Its headquarters are at 39 Doi Can Street, Ngoc Ha Ward, Hanoi. The 2018 budget was about 319.6 million VND. The ministry operates under the Government of Vietnam to manage ethnic and religious affairs nationwide. Official websites include cema.gov.vn, ubdt.gov.vn, bdttg.gov.vn, and moera.gov.vn.
