Vice-Admiral Oliver Elles Leggett, CB (1876–1946), was a Royal Navy officer. He was Master of the Fleet on Admiral Sir John Jellicoe’s staff at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. The Times said he was one of the most talented and capable navigators of his time.
