Oedematopoda illucens is a small moth in the family Stathmopodidae. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1914 and is found in Sierra Leone and Mpumalanga, South Africa. The wingspan is about 11 mm. The forewings are deep yellow with bronzy fuscous shading toward the middle and dark bluish fuscous on the outer third; the base is dark bluish fuscous. The hindwings are orange-yellow, paler toward the front edge, with the outer third being dark fuscous.
