Glenn A. Goodrich (February 22, 1925 – January 23, 2003) was a Nebraska politician who served in the Nebraska Legislature, representing the 20th District in Omaha from 1971 to 1991. He won his seat on November 3, 1970, by 19 votes over the incumbent Bill K. Bloom.

Goodrich was the only Nebraska legislator to oppose a 1975 measure to outlaw marital sexual assault. His stance drew strong criticism from Senator Ernie Chambers. Despite his opposition, Nebraska became the first state to make marital rape illegal in 1975. Historian Joann M. Ross said Goodrich did not seem to recognize sexual assault as a violent act.

He lost the 1990 primary and left office in 1991. Goodrich was born in Orson, Iowa, and died in Omaha, Nebraska, at age 77. He attended Creighton University and worked in real estate and savings and loan. The University of Nebraska at Omaha awards a scholarship named for Goodrich to students who attend only UNO.
