Dušan Tesařík (born 21 March 1976) is a Czech former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. He made 256 appearances in the Czech First League and scored 18 goals.

Born in Uherské Hradiště, Czechoslovakia, Tesařík began his career with Spartak Uherský Brod and went on to play for Svit Zlín from 1993 to 1997. He spent the majority of his career with Teplice, from 1997 to 2006, appearing in 202 league matches and scoring 18 goals. He had loan spells at Marila Příbram (2006–2007) and Baník Ostrava (2007–2008), and later played for Litvínov. He returned to Teplice in 2009, though he did not make league appearances that year. His last game for Teplice was against Olomouc on 10 May 2006.

On the international stage, Tesařík represented the Czech Republic at under-18 level, earning one cap in 1994. In coaching, he served as manager of Ústí nad Labem from 2022 to 2023.
