OLCO Petroleum Group Inc. is a private Canadian marketer and distributor of refined oil products. Founded in 1986 and based in Montreal-Est, Quebec, the company operates gas station franchises in Ontario and Quebec. At its peak, OLCO ran 319 franchised stations—182 in Quebec and 137 in Ontario. The company also provides extensive logistics and storage services, including dock storage, heating of products, inter-refinery pipelines, ship servicing, bulk storage, tank leasing, product testing, loading and unloading, rail connections to national networks, warehousing of dry products, product handling, and customized billing, as well as facilities to receive, transship, store, and deliver products by vessel, tank wagons, railcars, and pipelines in Montreal and between inter-refineries. In 2005, about 84% of OLCO’s class A shares were owned by Mayfred Canada Ltd. In February 2007, Morgan Stanley purchased 60% of the company. As of 2022, many OLCO stations have been converted to other brands, leaving only a few OLCO-branded locations.
