Nova Scotia Trunk 12 is a provincial highway in Nova Scotia, Canada. It runs from Chester Basin in the south to Kentville in the north, about 65.6 km (40.8 mi) long. The route mostly goes through forested areas, with a few small communities such as New Ross. For about 5 km, it follows the eastern shore of Gaspereau Lake, the largest lake in Kings County.

Major junctions:
- South end: connects with Trunk 3 in Chester Basin
- Intersects Highway 103 near Chester Basin
- Intersects Highway 101 in North Alton
- North end: ends at Trunk 1 in Kentville

The road passes through Lunenburg and Kings counties and serves the town of Kentville. It is part of Nova Scotia’s 100-series trunk highway system and is maintained by the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal.
