Mark Anthony John Moran (born Mark Anthony John Cole; 4 July 1964 – 15 June 2000) was an Australian criminal from Melbourne's Moran crime family. He worked as a personal trainer and pastry cook. Moran was involved in the illegal drug trade and the Melbourne gangland killings. He was murdered at age 35 outside his Aberfeldie home, around 8 p.m. on 15 June 2000, reportedly shot by Carl Williams.

He was the son of Judy Moran and Leslie John "Johnny" Cole, who was killed in Sydney on 10 November 1982 during drug-related gang wars while working for crime boss Frederick "Paddles" Anderson. His stepfather was Lewis Moran, and his half-brother was Jason Moran; both of whom were also murdered.

In the Australian TV drama Underbelly, Mark Moran is portrayed by Callan Mulvey.
