Yegor Surin (born August 1, 2006, in Voronezh, Russia) is a Russian professional ice hockey center who plays for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). He shoots left, is 6'1" tall, and weighs 192 pounds.

He was drafted 22nd overall by the Nashville Predators in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft.

In 2023–24, Surin mostly played for Lokomotiv Yaroslavl's junior team in the MHL, with 22 goals and 30 assists in 42 regular-season games, tying for second on the team in assists and points. In the Kharlamov Cup playoffs, he led the team with 5 goals and 18 assists in 19 games, and his 18 playoff assists were the most by any player.

He made his professional KHL debut for Lokomotiv at 17, appearing in three games without scoring.
