Norzihan Ahmad-Latt
Datin Norzihan Ahmad-Latt, born Norzihan Ahmad on May 4, 1968 in Segamat, Johor, is a Malaysian entrepreneur and startup founder. She is a founding board member of Women Cooperative Malaysia Berhad, the first Malaysian cooperative to receive a women’s credit license. She attended Tunku Kurshiah College in Seremban and earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Politics from the University of Swansea, UK, along with a Diploma in Child Psychology from the Linguistic Council in Singapore.
Norzihan began her career as a bond trader at Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, gaining exposure in New York, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. She later worked in CIMB and K & N Kenanga as an equity dealer. In 2014, she founded the fashion platform Sheikha Hub, a social business that connects buyers and sellers. She has served as a consultant on projects such as Heya Fashion Arabian Expo (Qatar), Mara’s fashionpreneur program, Kelantan SEDC, and Q Label Qatar.
In 2017, she was invited by the Dubai Economic Development Cooperation to discuss modest fashion in Torino, Italy, and was later recognized as a pioneer of modest fashion by Thomson Reuters. In 2018, she started Ruang Cikgu Berhad (edutech) and iNectar Tech to develop digital content. In 2022, she joined the board of Women Cooperative Malaysia Berhad.
She is married to Dato’ Latt Shariman Abdullah, JP, since 1994, and they have a son, Latt Omar.
