Norman "Norm" Mingay (11 July 1899 – 9 September 1955) was an Australian rugby union player. Born in Sydney, he played as a scrum-half and represented the Wallabies internationally. Between 1920 and 1923 he earned seven caps for Australia and scored 20 points.
