Ngọc Hà
Ngọc Hà is a ward of Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, in the Red River Delta. It officially became a ward in 2005. The area includes Hữu Tiệp Lake and the city government offices on Hoàng Hoa Thám Street. Historically, Ngọc Hà was a village that belonged to the ancient capital Thăng Long and was famous for flower growing.
