Swimming at the 2016 Summer Paralympics – Women's 100 metre breaststroke

At the 2016 Summer Paralympics, the women's 100 metre breaststroke events were held at the Rio Olympic Stadium from 8 to 16 September. Ten events were contested, one for each classification. Each event had two rounds: heats and a final. The eight fastest swimmers in the heats advanced to the final. If an event had eight or fewer competitors, there were no heats and all swimmers moved on to the final.
