St. Edmund’s Church is a small Anglican church in Oslo, Norway, located at Møllergata 30. It was built in 1883–84 for the Norwegian congregation of the Church of England and was consecrated on 27 July 1884 by the Bishop of Fulham. The church was designed by Paul Due and Bernhard Steckmest in a simple neo-Gothic style, using yellow and red brick. Although small, it has a cathedral-like shape and sits among larger nearby buildings; its presence became stronger after surrounding houses were demolished. Queen Maud used to visit, and there is a bust of her inside, along with stained glass windows. The church was restored in 1990 and its tower was rebuilt to resemble the original design. It is part of the Diocese of Gibraltar in Europe. The current clergy include Bishop Robert Innes and Senior Pastor Revd Canon Joanna Udal. For more information, visit osloanglicans.no.
