Neill Buchanan Latimer (5 September 1930 – 2 February 2012) was an Australian rugby union player who played as a lock. He went to Knox Grammar School and played for the Sydney club Gordon. His early first-grade rugby was limited because he worked on a remote cattle station in Queensland, causing him to miss the 1955 and 1956 seasons. In 1957, he was unexpectedly called up to the Wallabies for a home series against the All Blacks, after only having represented City seconds. He earned one Test cap, coming on as a replacement for the injured captain Alan Cameron in the second Test in Brisbane.
