National League of German Democratic Youth Clubs
National League of German Democratic Youth Clubs (Reichsbund der Deutschen Demokratischen Jugend) was a political youth movement in Weimar Germany and the youth wing of the German Democratic Party (DDP). It was founded in April 1919 and led by Max Weissner. The league worked with other youth groups to oppose the privileges of the princes. In the early Weimar Republic, it had about 20,000 members across Germany. However, it declined over time, and by the end of 1926 its membership had fallen to under 2,300.
