Yoshinori Ohno (October 16, 1935 – July 16, 2023) was a Japanese politician from the Liberal Democratic Party. He served as Director General of the Japan Defense Agency from September 2004 to October 2005 in Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's government.

Ohno was born in Taiwan, then under Japanese rule, and moved to Japan in 1947, settling in Kagawa Prefecture. He studied law at the University of Tokyo and began his career at the Ministry of Finance. After an unsuccessful run for Governor of Kagawa in 1978, he was elected to the House of Representatives in 1986 and served until 2012, representing Kagawa in two districts (Kagawa 2nd district 1986–1996, Kagawa 3rd district 1996–2012).

He died on July 16, 2023, at age 87. His father-in-law was Tsunetarō Katō, and his son is Keitaro Ohno.
