Nampa Department Store
The Nampa Department Store is a historic two-story brick and stone building in Nampa, Idaho. It was designed by the architectural firm Tourtellotte and Hummel and opened in 1910, built by contractor G. H. Rush. Although a three-story building had been planned by Falk Mercantile Company, the site was scaled back and the store opened as a two-story building. In 1919 an adjacent annex was added by Boise contractor O.W. Allen. The store was once described as one of Idaho’s most modern shops. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. Located at 1st Street South and 13th Avenue.
