Nagoya Stock Exchange (NSE) is a stock market in Nagoya, Japan. It is Japan's second-largest exchange after the Tokyo Stock Exchange and is operated by Nagoya Stock Exchange, Inc.

The NSE traces its roots to Nagoya Stock Exchange Co. Ltd., founded in 1886. It became a corporation in 1949 under the Securities and Exchange Law, and in 2002 it was demutualized to form Nagoya Stock Exchange, Inc.

Today, the NSE provides an Exchange Securities Market with authorization from the Prime Minister. It is one of Japan’s regional stock exchanges, along with the Fukuoka Stock Exchange and the Sapporo Securities Exchange. It is also known as Isemachi, after the street where it is located.

Because Tokyo dominates Japan’s market, NSE’s trading volume and number of listings have declined over time. Trading runs Monday through Friday, with hours set by the exchange and holidays excluded.
