Mycopepon
Mycopepon is a genus of fungi in the class Dothideomycetes. It belongs to the kingdom Fungi and the division Ascomycota. Its subclass is incertae sedis, meaning its exact position within the class is unknown. The genus was described by Boise. The type species is Mycopepon anensis, and other species include M. guianensis and M. smithii. The relationships of Mycopepon to other fungi in Dothideomycetes are unclear (incertae sedis). Little information is available about this genus.
