Mustafa Osmanovich Belyalov, also known as Mustafa Belyalov, (born 4 June 1957) is a retired Uzbekistani football defender. He was born in Sovetabod, Uzbek SSR, Soviet Union. Most of his career was in Uzbekistan, especially with Pakhtakor Tashkent in two spells and Nuravshon Bukhara. He also played for several Soviet league clubs, including Pamir Dushanbe, SKA Lviv, and Neftchi Baku. Late in his career he moved to Malaysia to play for Perak FA. He represented Uzbekistan seven times in 1992. He also played for the USSR Olympic Team in 1983.
