A Dream (album)
A Dream is a reggae album by Max Romeo, released in 1969. It was recorded from 1968 to 1969 and released on the Pama label. The album was produced by Bunny Lee, with Derrick Morgan and Harry Dee also involved. Because of its cover, the album is often referred to as A Dream by Max Romeo.
It features Max Romeo’s first hit, the explicit song "Wet Dream." Other tracks like "Wood Under Cellar," "Wine Her Goosie," and "The Horn" carry explicit themes, while songs such as "Far Far Away" and "Love" are more traditional ballads, with "Love" notable for lively Rastafari-influenced percussion. "Club Raid" tells of Romeo surviving a police bust.
