Newtownshandrum GAA is a hurling club from Newtownshandrum in County Cork, Ireland. It was founded in 1896 and is part of the North Cork board.

The club spent its early years in junior ranks, breaking through in 1939 by winning the North Cork Junior Hurling Championship. It followed with the Cork Junior Hurling Championship in 1946, which earned promotion to the senior ranks after a replay win over Clonakilty. After seven seasons in the top grade, Newtownshandrum won the Cork Intermediate Hurling Championship in 1953 to secure senior status again, beating Glen Rovers. The club later dropped back to junior and won a second Cork JHC in 1968, defeating Inniscarra, and added Cork IHC titles in 1976, 1981 and 1996.

In the early 2000s, Newtownshandrum reached the pinnacle of Cork hurling. They won the Cork Senior Hurling Championship, beating Erin’s Own 0-14 to 0-11 in the final, and then claimed a second Cork SHC title in 2003, defeating Blackrock 0-17 to 1-09. The club then won the Munster Club SHC and the All-Ireland Club SHC in 2004, defeating Dunloy 0-17 to 1-06 in the All-Ireland final. A third Cork SHC title followed in 2005, along with a second Munster Club SHC title. They finished as All-Ireland runners-up in 2006 after losing to Portumna. The era ended with another Cork SHC and Munster Club SHC double in 2009.
